Clinic Policies
What are your appointment and payment policies?
We direct bill most major Canadian insurers and are pleased to welcome CDCP patients. We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Written estimates are provided before treatment begins, and payment is due at time of service. Our goal is to keep every part of your visit straightforward.
Appointments and cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may be waiting.
Last-minute no-shows may affect our ability to schedule future appointments. If you have an urgent dental concern, please call us. We will always do our best to accommodate you the same day.
Payment and treatment estimates
We provide written estimates before treatment begins so there are no surprises. If you have questions about the cost of a procedure, please ask. We are happy to walk through it with you.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit, and most standard payment methods.
Insurance coordination and direct billing
We direct bill most major Canadian insurers. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment and we will submit the claim on your behalf.
Any balance not covered by your plan is due at the time of service. If you are unsure what your plan covers, we can help you understand your benefits before treatment begins.
Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)
We are pleased to welcome patients enrolled in the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Please bring your CDCP eligibility letter and a piece of government-issued ID to your first appointment.
If you are unsure whether you qualify for CDCP, visit Canada.ca for eligibility details.

Bring your insurance details to your visit and we'll do the paperwork so you can focus on your care.
Direct billing
We submit your claim directly to most major Canadian insurance providers so you usually only pay the portion not covered by your plan.
CDCP
We welcome patients enrolled in the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Bring your CDCP member number to your visit and we'll handle the rest.
No-insurance estimates
Without insurance, we'll discuss costs in plain language before treatment begins and offer staged plans where appropriate.
Forms & receipts
Detailed receipts are emailed to you after every visit. We can also coordinate predeterminations for major treatment when helpful.
Modern dental care, a few minutes from home.
Call or send us a message to book — we welcome new patients, families, and CDCP enrollees.
