What can I expect at my first visit?
Plan for about 60 to 90 minutes. We complete a short paperwork check-in, a comprehensive exam with any X-rays you need, an unhurried cleaning, and a clear conversation about what we found. You will leave knowing exactly what is optional, what is recommended soon, and what can wait.

A friendly welcome
When you arrive we'll take care of paperwork quickly. You'll have time to settle in and meet your hygienist before anything begins.
Bring your insurance card; we direct-bill at the desk.
Thoughtful exam & X-rays
We complete a comprehensive exam, take any needed X-rays, and review your medical and dental history together, so we have a complete picture of your dental health from day one.
Cleaning & a clear plan
Your cleaning is unhurried and gentle. Afterward we walk you through what we found and map out a plan that fits your priorities and your budget.
You'll leave with your plan in writing and a clear idea of what comes next.
Booking & follow-up
We'll help you book any next steps that make sense for your schedule, send the receipt to your insurance, and answer questions afterward by phone or email.

Bring your insurance details to your visit and we'll do the paperwork so you can focus on your care.
Direct billing
We submit your claim directly to most major Canadian insurance providers so you usually only pay the portion not covered by your plan.
CDCP
We welcome patients enrolled in the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Bring your CDCP member number to your visit and we'll handle the rest.
No-insurance estimates
Without insurance, we'll discuss costs in plain language before treatment begins and offer staged plans where appropriate.
Forms & receipts
Detailed receipts are emailed to you after every visit. We can also coordinate predeterminations for major treatment when helpful.
